In 14^th May 2017, Our people at sales dept. in Tianjin Huisun Technology Co.,Ltd. have a product technical training under our technician Mr. Xue mainly for solving customer problems in effective way, the training takes 90 mins.   

During the meeting, we listened carefully from our technical departments include the problem of fault feedback, troubleshooting steps, control power on self-test process, related issues, issues related to TF card, image, uncertainty often dropped or Caton, abnormal night equipment, NVR related problems, several modules of equipment problems such as default settings feedback and processing, to further understand the product and the operation application, investigation and handling issues, it makes everyone benefited.
